phzz Terms and Conditions – Rules for Philippine Players

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phzz ("phzz", "we", "us", "our") — the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phzz.best. By accessing or using any part of the phzz platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all phzz services including but not limited to: casino games, slot machines, poker cash tables and tournaments, sports betting (including basketball and boxing markets), bingo, card games, live dealer products, promotions, bonuses, the phzz wallet, and the Refer a Friend programme.

phzz reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. We will notify registered players of material changes through the platform or by email to the address on file. Continued use of phzz after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and use phzz, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are accessing phzz as an individual for personal entertainment — not on behalf of a corporation or third party, and not for commercial purposes.

• You are not a current or former employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of phzz, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not subject to any court order or regulatory prohibition that restricts you from engaging in online gaming.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from phzz under the Responsible Gaming programme and subsequently sought to re-register without completing the required re-admission process.

phzz reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be held by players who do not meet the eligibility criteria will be suspended and any winings forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to maintainone active phzz account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your phzz account. This includes your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC verification process. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phzz login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. phzz will never ask for your password by email, SMS, or phone call. You must notify phzz immediately at support@phzz.best if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification

phzz may require identity verification (Know Your Customer / KYC) before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID such as a UMID, SS ID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or passport. Accounts that fail or refuse KYC verification may have withdrawal privileges suspended.

4. Deposits and Payments

phzz accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to someone other than the registered phzz account holder — are not permitted and will be returned minus any applicable processing fees. Deposited funds are credited to your phzz wallet in Philippine pesos only.

4.3 Deposit Limits

Players may set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the Responsible Gaming section of their phzz account. phzz may also impose platform-level deposit limits in accordance with applicable regulations. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; a deposit limit increase takes effect after a24-hour cooling-off period.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Processing Times

phzz processes withdrawal requests within approximately five minutes to one hour for GCash and Maya during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two banking days depending on the receiving institution. phzz targets a maximum withdrawal processing time of 24 hours for all methods.

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment account registered in the same name as the phzz account.
• phzz may require KYC verification before processing a player's first withdrawal or any withdrawal above₱50,000.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money winnings from completed wagering requirements are withdrawable.
• phzz reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing for security reviews, fraud investigations, or regulatory compliance checks.

5.3 Withdrawal Fees

phzz does not charge fees for standard GCash and Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the receiving bank's own transfer fees, which are outside phzz's control. Any applicable fees will be disclosed during the withdrawal request process before you confirm.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Rules

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phzz are subject to these Terms and any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the promotion page. Standard wagering requirements on phzz range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, applied to the bonus portion of the balance only. Games contribute at different rates to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.

6.3 One Bonus Per Player

Each phzz promotion is available once per player, household, per IP address, and per device unless otherwise stated. Attempting to claim the same promotion through multiple accounts is considered abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and potential account suspension.

7. Gameplay Rules

All games on phzz — including slots, poker, card games, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the game interface or the relevant product section of the phzz platform. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted those game-specific rules.

7.1 Certified Fair Play

All casino games on phzz use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories. The published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are enforced and tested against statistically significant sample of simulated rounds. phzz does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets on phzz — including PBA basketball, international boxing, and other events — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the event of a match being postponed, cancelled, or abandoned, phzz will settle bets in accordance with the specific market rules applicable to that sport, which are published on the betting product page.

7.3 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or software fault that results in an incorrect game outcome or eroneous payout display, phzz reserves the right to void affected rounds and return the corresponding stakes to the player's wallet. phzz is not liable for winings that result from technical errors.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on phzz and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one phzz account or assisting others in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to automate gameplay, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Coluding with other players in poker or any other game to unfairly influence outcomes or redistribute winings.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unintended advantage. Any such exploitation must be reported to phzz support immediately.
• Using phzz for money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• Allowing or enabling access to your phzz account by any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that phzz reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to phzz staff, other players, or the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

phzz is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We provide the following tools to every registered account holder, accessible directly from the account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you can deposit into your phzz wallet.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a specified time period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic reminders of how long you have been playing and your net session result.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from phzz for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period.

phzz uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Player funds are held in segregated accounts, separate from phzz's operational accounts. phzz does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties outside of what is required for payment processing, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on phz — including but not limited to the platform design, software, graphics, logos, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the property of phz or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use phzz for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phzz and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of phzz.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if phzz has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any service interruptions, delays, or technical errors beyond phzz's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider failures, or server downtime.
• Losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security or from unauthorised access to your account through no fault of phzz.

phzz's total aggregate liability to any individual player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of phzz shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the30 days immediately preceding the claim, or ₱10,000, whichever is greater.

13. Account Suspension and Termination

phzz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration.
• Use of prohibited software or collusion in any game.
• A regulatory instruction or legal requirement to do so.

Upon termination for cause, phzz may withold any outstanding balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, the balance may be forfeited in whole or in part. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering) will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

Players who wish to close their phzz account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support@phzz.best. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours and any remaining real-money balance is refunded to the player's verified payment account.

14. Amendments to These Terms

phzz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes through one or more of the following channels: a notification banner on the phzz platform, an email to your registered address, or an in-account message.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this page. Your continued use of phzz after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should stop using phzz and close your account by contacting our support team.
